membership

Our church is growing in worship attendance

Our church’s age-based disciple-making ministries are growing I attendance

Our church has a healthy member retention rate

 

GROW

A healthy and advancing Shandon GROWS in a culture of disciple-

making when:

Our church’s ministries clearly communicate a compelling disciple-making

vision

Our church offers a leadership development process that includes members of

all generations

Our church has a healthy percentage of worship attendees enrolled in a small

group

Our church has a healthy percentage of age-based groups (Family/Sunday

Groups) that are multiplying

Our church has a healthy percentage of those baptized who enlist in a Grow

Group

Our church has a healthy percentage of Grow Group enrollees who complete

their group

Our church has a healthy percentage of Shandon University graduates who

become Group leaders

Our church is growing in Sunday Group/Family Group attendance

GIVE

A healthy and advancing Shandon GIVES as a service-oriented church

when:

Our church has a healthy number of worship attendees who serve in a ministry

Our church is growing in financial giving percentage

Our church is growing in new giving units

Our church has a healthy number of members moving from periodic tithers/givers to consistent tithers

 

GO

A healthy and advancing Shandon is GOING on mission when:

Our church has a well-communicated strategy for building relationships with

those who are far from God

Our church regularly prays for the lost by name

Our church initiates gospel conversations

Our church has a healthy percentage of Reach Event attendees who take a

next step with us

Our church regularly baptizes new believers

Those who were baptized were led to Jesus by someone other than a pastor or

staff member

Our church consistently equips and trains members to share their faith

Our church hears stories of church members talking about Jesus to their lost

friends

Our church has members who have answered the call and are actively serving

on the mission field (vocationally)
